Garry Matthews



As CEO of G-Train Fitness and with years of personal training experience, Garry has established himself as one of the top personal trainers and fitness consultants in Los Angeles. Well versed in a variety of disciplines, Garry provides his clients with a wide range of training options based on each individual’s goals.

His ability to combine your normal, everyday gym exercises with drills that you might see on the basketball court or the football field present you with the ultimate workout. Not only that, but Garry’s broad range of experience in all levels of athletics and fitness allows him to be that ALL-IN-ONE trainer that can prepare you for almost anything.

Separate from his training, in 2013, he invented the G-Train Fitness System. This system consists of a compression vest, wrist and ankle cuffs and resistance bands. The vest is designed to improve posture, form, balance and core strength in addition to increasing caloric burn. The cuffs and bands are utilized to add resistance to all range of motion thereby increasing the rate of caloric burn, loss of body fat and building of lean muscle. They also help develop fast twitch lean muscle fibers that improve speed, balance, coordination and strength.

Scotch Hopkins


Originally from Nebraska, Scotch has made Los Angeles his home for the last decade. When he's not on set or hiking the mountains, he is in the gym pushing himself to new limits.

He trains a variety of individuals at all fitness levels and ages. He also teaches bootcamps.

I made a New Year's Resolution in 2011 to get myself into the best shape of my life.  This is something I've attempted more than once in the past but never went pass a couple of months before I let myself go again.  I guess 2011 was different because it was the year that when I started, I never stopped.  Day in, day out, week after week, month after month, year after year, I caught what they call the Fit Bug.  Fitness changed not only my body, but my mentality, my spirit, my well-being and my overall life.  I never would have thought that by wanting to improve the quality of my life through fitness would inspire those close to me to want to change their lives as well.  I believe that's what turned my simple New Year's Resolution into a lifestyle & a passion that fuels me to want to continually challenge, educate and better myself so I can now help others achieve those goals too.

Chris Peart


Chris Peart arrived in the U.S.  in 2001 as a record-breaking athlete from Kingston, Jamaica. While attending high school in Florida, he was named athlete of the year in 2003 by Southwest Florida's News Press after becoming the fastest student to graduate high school in 2003. 

After experiencing a career ending injury, Chris came to realize that his true passion stemmed from the experience and knowledge he gained as an athlete, leading him to develop boots camps and personal training sessions.

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Chris has transformed and revolutionized the lives of individuals through an innovative and effective method that is unique to his training style.
